You are right, I have no idea what you are talking about then. I was referencing the actual linked article, which does talk about slavery, and war and terrorism and the actions of US Presidents in those contexts.
How, in any possible way, have your "first amendment rights" been "gutted". Honestly, that is just completely unbelievable hyperbole.
