The worst civil liberties president in US history?....

As authoritative as those sources are on constitutional law, none of them stand for what you are suggesting, all are about how you don't have any constitutional rights at the border (and that extends 100 miles inland). None of them address the rights of a US citizen killed for terrorist activities in Yemen or for piracy in Sudan.

Those citations were supporting my second paragraph. Not the first.

And I have not alleged that U.S. citizens have been "killed for terrorist activities in Yemen" or for "piracy in Sudan."

One might wonder how it could even be established that a U.S. citizen in Yemen or Sudan has been killed by the U.S. government for "terrorist activities" or for "piracy" without there first being a public trial establishing guilt.

I suppose that since no person shall be held to answer for a capital or infamous crime without first being indicted by a grand jury and that person would always be entitled to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury with counsel, we may safely assume that no person has ever been killed in that manner.

Right?
