At first I thought this was a satire.
Speaking of something that isn't satire, I was listening to the radio earlier today when I heard the announcer refer to someone as being an agent of the British agency "M-Sixteen". This mistake is not quite as common as quoting Shakespeare by "I knew him, Horatio," but it is a bit of a cock-up, as the agency is colloquially Military Intelligence 6. That's em eye six. By the way, it's nice of the queen to change the name of their customs and revenue agency to Internal Revenue. She must be a lot nicer than the American tabloids say.
