I've never heard of anyone having a good outcome from arbitrations. Glad yours was in your favor.

I knew one person who did arbitrations to receive back child support. After everything was submitted, the arbitrator went ahead and met again with the guy even though she wasn't supposed to. The arbitrator suddenly changed directions after this. Said the woman wasn't due any of the many thousands of dollars of child support because he would cause him hardship.
