Agreed. Sorry, it wasn't my intent to make it seem as if I supported those sort of things. If incentives want to be provided and they have a positive effect, great. I do fear however that far too many are of the opinion that they can do what they want and don't like being told they are wrong in their choices. Many are completely bullheaded and spiteful and others are made to suffer one way or another.
