need advice regarding contractors and permits

I've been told the inspector will call before coming over so I will attempt to delay his arrival by rescheduling. That will give me time to get the lighting done properly. Very much looking forward to lots of led lighting instead of the dreary lights I had before. I'll post before and after pictures when it is done. Thanks for all the good advice.
