I was a Fusion user as well for most of the past 5-6 years, but when I upgraded to ML and my version of Fusion no longer worked, I took the opportunity of one of these bundles to get Parallels along with some other useful apps for an attractive price. Quite honestly, I don't use virtualization enough to notice much of a difference between the two. I'm just doing testing of web apps, etc, so really all I need is IE, and both Fusion and Parallels will handle that for me.
