Real threat from N. Korea?

Considering that military officers who displease the Great Leader suffer quite horrible fates ( one recent execution involved the mortar execution if the officer and his family), initiative is not possible.
Thus their actual war fighting ability is compromised . A. Schickelgruber made the same mistake towards the end. |
