When it comes to common individual illegal political graft, I would bet that most people on this forum, liberal and conservative, think that it is an equal opportunity despoiler. Systemic graft - that is also an equal opportunity despoiler but tends to be more one party than another in different cities or counties of the country... hard to say if nationwide that one party has more systemic illegal political graft than the other. I imagine most people on this forum would agree with that as well.
