God bless her, sam. Maybe some forumites remember the issue my wife and I had with a POS we had living behind us with mistreated and neglected dogs that took a year and a half to solve. We got the dogs (4) removed and the POS thrown out. We tracked the progress of the animals and eventually found out that 2 were adopted but 2 were put down because they couldn't be socialized...
Truly heartbreaking and I will be appearing in court to testify against this piece of human debris about this issue and he is going to be tried for a bunch of different violations.
