Hold down the option key when you click on the "Go" menu in the Finder and you will find a link to it.
...This gets you into the Library folder on whatever your current boot drive is.
To get into the Library folder on the 1TB hard drive, use the "Go to folder" command under the "Go" menu in the Finder. It'll pop up a window for you to type a path into... You'll have to figure out the exact path for yourself, but it will look something like this:
/Volumes/[name of 1TB hard drive]/Users/[name on my home folder on the 1TB hard drive]/Library
