If anything, the monthly extensions are part of their written guarantee policy. The dollar credits aren't.
You should try again with another rep.
I spoke to another rep regarding my issue, and they were much more understanding, accomodating, and willing to send out a duplicate shipment. But OffTrac finally got their crap together and delivered the package.
For the places that offer around-the-clock CS, I believe that hitting the right call center for your "normal" time zone can play a factor. The off-hours, late night, and offshore staff might not offer the same level of service.
