I'm looking for a jacket to have on hand for more formal occasions, having not owned anything but an old thrift-store wide-wale corduroy one for decades. Anyway, I was always tempted by Duluth Trading's old micro-fleece option, but then they discontinued it. I've looked at their 'fire hose presentation jacket' model, but I'm not a big fan of that heavy cotton canvas.
Have any of you found a nice 'modern' men's blazer/sport coat option lately? I like the idea of micro-fleece, but it's not mandatory. Lots of pockets would be nice too (a definite advantage of the Duluth Fire Hose model). Oh, and seeing as this is the "Tips and Deals" forum, it'd be great if it was on sale too!
