This may be the weirdest "blame the black guy" story yet.
Very prominent white Atlanta attorney says he accidentally shot and killed his (also very prominent) wife from the back seat of their car, which was being chauffeured. He was holding a gun in his lap because he was worried about #blacklivesmatter protests near their home (though no protests were happening at the time and the earlier ones were peaceful.)
Despite his anxiety he somehow fell asleep in the back seat while holding the gun, they hit a bump in the road, and the gun went off.
Oh, he's also on some state commission about gun violence.
