You've GOT to have poor people in order for the rich to feel...well, rich.

I think what this guy did was awesome! Instead of that cash heading to a swiss bank account, or maybe that shady bank in the Cayman islands, most of it would be spent locally helping their neighbors send their kids to college, pay off those pesky CC debts, fix up their homes, etcetera.
