I need help with a "frozen" HP Touchpad. It takes someone with a PC and tech savvy...

I had the same issue. I plugged it into the charger and left it for a week as well. Also doing the 'hard reset' fixed it a few times.

Power management seems to be one of the little bugglies with that gizmo. It does NOT like being left to starve to death.
