It's good in the sense if you want something simple, for Everyman, like iCloud, Apple's Photo apps, or the old Picasa.

It only shares what you choose to share.

I will say that AI Assistant that analyzes your files and creates its own collection suggestions and facial recognition features might creep some people out. They can be turned off separately.
