Recommend a car paint DIY source?

I guess it depends on what you call decent. A 'prosumer' Graco HVLP is ~$300. Might be able to get half of that back on Craigs after you finish paiting (or sell it here and I might buy it if I havn't gotten my own by then).
I used a parts washer dipped in a bucket of thinned out Rustoleum and did a nice paint job on a friends car. At the time, the gallon of paint was worth more than the car.
