As a lot of traditional advertising (TV, print) falls victim to an increase in digital spending, there's a huge dollar-trail if you're willing to sell out and do pharma.
I say "sell out" only in a snobby ad-guy sense. It's no more or less noble than advertising Nike. But you'll win a lot fewer awards... and make a whole mess of money. Why would traditional advertising continue to attract pharma dollars while Procter & Gamble and Coke think they can invest more in digital/social instead?
