Argh. My search for prescription sport glasses continues
#1
I finally settled on a pair of Smith Elite glasses. Then I went to order them, and they no longer take orders through their site. My discount is only good through their site, so I start searching again. I can get discounts on 33 eyewear brands, but only a couple are setup to get me discounts on prescription glasses. Several have switched to fulfillment via sportrx.com.

Rudy Project is one of the ones I can get, but they're $300+ after the discount. I was looking at $110 with the Smiths.

Hours and hours of searching every eyewear site I can find, and I finally settled on a few different pairs from a site called EZ Contacts. While SportRX and a few others have the frames at similar prices, they want $75 for their cheapest lenses. Other places want around $15. EZ Contacts has some reasonable prices and I can add individual features at reasonable costs.

So I thought I had landed on a new seller, but then I decide to look up reviews for them. 78% of their reviews are negative (and somehow that yields them a B+ on the BBB site) https://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/busine...complaints Reseller Ratings has similar reviews - people not getting what they paid for https://www.resellerratings.com/store/EzContacts

I don't care so much about looks, just want something to keep the wind out of my eyes when I'm cycling. I'm going for clear lenses. Something like http://www.zennioptical.com/sport-half-r...44412.html or https://www.sportrx.com/smith-director-elite.html

I know I asked a while back. Does anyone have any new suggestions? Thanks
