Our $650,13 month old Whirlpool stopped working a couple years ago. The repairman said, "Don't bother fixing it. these are junk, just get a Speed Queen and you'll have it for 20 years with no problems." That's what we did. No fancy lights, buttons, just dials for water temp and cycles. It's big, it's great, we love it.
