I remember when Hurricane Andrew hit lower Florida. People were glad to donate, but they donated stuff victims did not need or could not use in the immediate aftermath. What they really need in those times, like water, diapers ,food, medicine, generators etc and that's what their trucks are loaded with.
Do you really think Trump didn't have other things to do besides unload a Truck? He was THERE. He was also on a tight schedule for his speech in Michigan that evening.
