They'll have plenty to protest after the inauguration. Now it seems to be high school and college folks who are venting (and perhaps organizing), Black people rightly fearing for their community, anarchists (annoying people who wreck things towards no apparent end), women (can't imagine why) and New Yorkers (because 'to know him is to hate him').
We should have seen this (your choice) when the Cubs won the series or Reagan won in 1980. Regardless, this mess is only going to get more antagonistic, no conspiracy theories or paranoia needed.
