I placed an online order on 6/19 (10 calendar/8 business days ago). The order status still says "order received". I called a few days ago, they said it should ship this week. I chatted last night, they said LG will not confirm shipment until they make delivery to the local distribution vendor, which will also do the installation. So the order could be on a truck coming to NJ, but I still have no idea about timeline and when I will get my stuff. Luckily, the old washer and drier still work fine, so I can wait, but this seems like it takes too long... anyone else?
