There are hundreds and hundreds of semi trailers parked at the ports filled with food, water, and medical supplies, but the teamsters refuse to drive the trucks. There has been a desperate call for truckers to go to PR to do the job. The fake news won't tell you that.
Because it is fake - http://www.snopes.com/puerto-rico-teamsters/

Let's talk about electricity... With the amount of devastation it would be impossible to restore everyone's power immediately. The pitiful infrastructure on that island will, only serve to delay restoration. It IS AN ISLAND and other power companies can not just dive down I-95 in 29-30 truck convoys as they could for Irma. There are still people in Florida that don't have power.
True, but I haven't heard anyone saying they want immediate repair. Most of what I'm hearing is about getting clean water, medicine, and temporary shelter.

I had extensive tree damage as a result of Irma.
and that is relevant how? At least you still have a roof (and walls), many in Puerto Rico do not.

I'm pissed at the media who kept telling us she was going to go up the west coast of Florida bringing 15 foot tidal surges and much devastation to the Tampa area.
The media reported what the weather service provided. I get annoyed that NOAA only updates every six hours - It needs to be more often as land is approached.

Never rely on the government to be there for you after a disaster. You have to be prepared to survive on your own for at least a week.
Which Puerto Ricans had done following Irma. Then a week later along comes Maria even worse. They had no time to restock or further prepare.
Be honest - if this had happened a year ago, you would have been blaming Obama from every rooftop you could find. But now under your great white hope, it is all the fault of the victims.
