Pennsylvania's 18th has been Republican for two decades, although it has 70K more registered Dems than Republicans according to wikipedia.
It is mostly white and includes the southern burbs of Pittsburgh and several coal mining counties. Probably not that fertile for Dems right now and we could end up with someone worse than Murphy (though it's hard to imagine...)
This district was formerly represented by Rick Santorum. These voters need to get a grip.
