Redbreast is the smoothest whiskey I've ever had.
But it doesn't have the peat of a Laphroaig. So if you like your spirits to taste like they've been poured through a clump of dirt and moss, stick with a more peat-y whiskey.
But as for me and my house, mmm... Redbreast...
