Many are showing out of stock, refurbished or only 16Gig. Plus I believe the model that is selling for around $130 at many places, including Best Buy, is the Sprint version. The GSM version that is used on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon (Model A1662) is $149 for a new unlocked 32Gig space grey at places like Best Buy and Target. This is sold as a pre-paid phone, i.e. no contract, and they have them in stock, at least where I live they are.
