suppose large corporation ABC International has subsidiaries throughout the world. They have a domain called ABC.com for the US website (the headquarters are in Europe that that is the main website).
Now suppose they might sell/spin their NJ factory at point. the location is known by ABC Noodles (just a made up name), but no one has registered the ABC-Noodles.com or ANCnoodles.com
Say I were to register those domains and keep them indefinitely. When they decide to sell or spin off this division, can I keep those domains or can they force me to give them up?
