I'm kind of surprised that you don't like it. Maybe its a poor implementation. Its the same transmission that the VW Golf R uses and other AWD golf models. Super fast shifts, supports high torque...but like any 'automatic' transmission it can't predict the driver's needs past a certain point. My car has paddle shifters which I employ on occasion.
