when my neighborhood started to gentrify, there was a n immedaite increase in cops showing up in the alleys to wake up the old homeless guys and tell them to move on..drunks, homeless, scrappers..guys that had been there for a long time..never hurt anyone

I've witnessed, many times, some poorlittle white girl or guy out there, talking to the cops..Cops trying to make them understand that the guy is harmless and will be gone when he wakes..Cops calling these poor guys by their name..Mostly older mexican and eastern european men..some women though..older = 65 years at least..very few young guys or gals..

These people caling the cops would be absolutely livid that the cops were balking at arrest or whatever.".this is your JOB, he 's on my PROPERTY!!" (usually 'near' their property asleep on the fucking ground at the edge of the alley between two trash cans..you know..

This still goes on..Over the years I've ripped into a number of these snowflakes trying to talk some sense into their heads...You move into a major city from 'Crystal Lake'..don't expect it accommodate all your white fears...Sorry, this is one of mymost MAJOR peeves of all time.
