There are different versions of the definition floating around and being used. About the only official stat with a similar name is "mass murder", used by the FBI where there were 4 or more killed not including the perpetrator. Other definitions for "mass shooting" use the figure of 4 or 5 victims shot and injured or killed. So by that version, with 6 shot or killed this gets called a mass shooting.
