Remove the spark plug and see if it's dry or wet. Dry, no fuel is getting to it.
Wet, it may be fouled or that gas got old and lost its spark. If the plug is gas fouled, fresh gas and cleaning it may help. Or the plug may need to be replaced along with the fuel.
Dry, you'll probably have to clean the carb and fuel lines.
You should probably test to see that there's some spark getting to the plug, but that may require some help.
