2 year old iPhone SE, is it worth $131.25?

I'd love to get a 64GB SE for my son for that price. He doesn't even need it to be activated, as he basically uses it as a game device. He has a 4s now that's getting long in the tooth. He has lots of apps and lots of videos on it, so we definitely need it to be at least 64GB. Been looking on CL for a 5, 5s, or SE but the prices are insane unless it's the base 16GB model. And even some of the asking prices for those are insanely high.
