An article discussing the paint. I ignored the roller part, and just went with brushes with Chinex bristles. Also, check out the articles linked near the bottom, which have a ton of info on painting cabinets..

If your cabinets are oak, you may need to use a grain filler first.

And I didn't see this before--apparently mohair paint rollers work well....
