Flake, Collins are a Yes vote

Except when she doesn't.

Like that time in 2017 she prevented the appeal of Obamacare, along with Murkowski and McCain. She's not all bad, just mostly bad.

I'm no fan of Collins and after the Kavanaugh speech hope she is defeated by a Democrat (well I would hope that anyway....)
