TV on in background: sometimes something jumps out at ya

The TV is on in the background, and I've been letting it just wash over me as I spend a few minutes in the forum. But this phrase just kind of leapt out at me:

"There is a bone in the dog's penis…"

Apparently I'm not tuned in to Sunday night football…
