hello there,
Good old Powerbook and i have been going thru hell and are not back yet. maybe someone can help out.
To cut to the chase, please see the console log below. All I seem to be able to do at this point is launch mail and firefox, and even write and send email!!! No photoshop, no copying files over to my newly connected OWC firewire drive, lots of no-nos's. I've tried running disk utility tto repair permissions and it won't let me do that, as well as update with the 10.3.9 combo: it goes through the intal and tells me at the end that there was an errror and to try again which I've done a million times.
i'm on a titanium that's 4 years old.

And by the way I no longer have the install disks for this powerbook!
