Ex in-law may open a country restaurant. What food would be good for me to buy from her supplier?

It's my brother's ex-wife and they are on decent terms. I'm sure she would be OK with me buying some stuff. I had in mind chicken fried steaks. What else would be good to buy? There's lots of restaurant foods that are way better than I can cook from scratch.

Maybe enchiladas and salsa. Gravy, of course. Catfish and breading.
