Never hurts to stock up on essentials while supplies are good

I always keep at least 2 months supply of virtually every household item needed for day to day. Between the deep freeze and pantry, food could last several months, albeit, probably a pretty boring menu at the end of that time frame.

Also really close to the lake, with tons of fish to catch, plus the woods out back are full of critters to harvest if needed.
