I thought the gist was why women candidates don't resonate with Democratic voters, not if Bernie is Satan incarnate. Bernie took down Amy and Tulsi as well? Maybe it was more a political muscle memory of what happened last time than anything else.
She's preferable to the bank owned guy you seem smitten with and by a lopsided margin.
His previous boss governed cautiously but then he was presented with volatile economic realities that none of his predecessors ever had to face, he had to draw his own roadmap. Hopefully if elected your current sweetie will see this as an opportunity to go out with all sails flying and allow people like Senator Warren to install policy where he has none - that incidentally is just about everywhere.
When Bernie's followers view a threat, they work overtime to re-characterize that person to the public. They saw Kamala Harris as a much bigger threat than Elizabeth Warren so they pushed the concept of her being a mass incarcerator, a cop and a slut that slept her way to the top and wasn't even really Black. They characterized Warren as a usurper of Bernie's agenda. They went on the warpath against them until they were finished. Bernie never really lifted a finger to argue against those mischaracterizations. Even Bernie is afraid of his followers. They never viewed Amy or Tulsi as threats.
They turned on Andrew Gillem in Florida (who the media had described as a "Bernie Backed Candidate" until he uttered the word "affordable" healthcare. Then they turned on him and savaged him.
