Same thing, right? You still need a way to moderate usage. Otherwise what’s to keep *everyone* from thinking it’s OK “for me” to participate?
Well, that's the problem, isn't it … who will moderate the crowds? We've proven already that individual moderation is a pipe dream. So while we all may wish for things to just "go back to normal", the rub is, that it won't be that way for a long time, and there will have to be strict guidelines - and we know how a group of people will never follow the "rules"… because they "don't have to/rules aren't for me/nobody's gonna tell me what to do"…
