I just had my first purchased item off of e-bay get lost. Fortunately it was only $3 + $3.25 to ship it. Due to the cost of only $3.00 I didn't pay the $1.25 to ship it. However, the seller is going to stop by the post office and see if there is anything they can do. He's also hoping that due to the holiday rush it just got set aside and will show up later than never. The seller has TONS of positive feedback and the other two items that shipped / sold the same day already have positive feedback. So, I know he's not scamming me. Especially for $3.00.
How should I leave feedback? Or should I just not leave feedback? I could leave Positive feedback like such "Great Communications. Post Office Lost Package but Seller did everything on his end to resolve the problem. Thanks for not ignoring the problem even though I didn't pay for insurance."
Anyone have advice?
