cutting a 1 1/8" hole in plastic
#1
put a BT/USB module on the back end of our '05 Accord radio.
needs a USB extension.
It takes a 1 1/8" hole.
Not gonna drop $25 on a one time use bit.
Besides the fact that 1 1/8" is a 1/2" chuck. I have 1/4".

I was thinking draw the hole and use an 1/8" or so bit to cut the circle out. It's the "storage" bin in the center. Not very thick. < 1/4".

Other ideas?
