I really do not think that the condition for being Speaker of the House should be having to stay awake for 48 hours. Even a young person would have a foggy head and slow reflexes.
I don’t understand how you could to be as old as you are, Roger, and not know how things work. Articles of impeachment have to be written whether you accept that or not. They are being written.
