Come on! Like there's any doubt that people both within and outside of the government have been keeping articles of impeachment handy and up to date.
I'd be surprised if there weren't at least a half dozen drafts ready on the morning of the 7th. It wouldn't be very hard.
Heck, you could probably set an intern to pull 50 impeachable offenses from just the stuff documented in posts in this forum. The man's as purely reprehensible as anyone can get.
