Am I weirding out for nothing? Sprint/TMobile

You SHOULD report it.

I just had some joker try to order 2 iPhones on my Sprint/T-Mobile account. Plus, a hella high charge was placed on my credit card, one that was stored on Sprint's site for forever. It was HELL to fix it. Sprint claimed I owed them $2000 on top of my bill.

They told me if I didn't "e-sign" for the phones It would all be cancelled. BUT THEY SENT THE PHONES TO THE FUKKER ANYWAY!!!. I had to call UPS and tell them not to deliver the phones and send them back to Sprint. When I called my bank to cancel the card, there were already charges for effin Doordash, some of them over $100 dollars!!!

After I cussed everybody out, my money was restored to my bank. But Sprint still thinks I owe them $300 more than I actually owe them. I'm working on that now. This is why I fought so hard against this merger.

I'll never store payment info on a site again. Spending my money like they earned it.
