I'm White, and it's really not my opinion that matters when it comes to this (take a note).
Lots of Black folks have found Aunt Jemima really offensive for a long time, and I think it makes sense to measure your discomfort around having the name changed (I'd guess, pretty small) versus the discomfort some (not all, vision63) feel about having to see that image every time they shop for groceries.
A little empathy can go a long way.
