I'm with Disney on this one. If actors choose to use the platform Disney helped them build to air controversial views, or demonstrate bad behavior, Disney is allowed to take their part of the platform back.

Entertainment companies can't succeed by annoying a significant fraction of its customers with social opinion having nothing to do with its content. I think she got a lot of leeway under the circumstances.
