I’ve been putting it off, but I’ll be upgrading to version 7 today (the non-subscription version), as version 6.x no longer works with more recent versions of Safari. Like mattkime, I use Dropbox to sync my (encrypted) password repository to all my devices.

While I concur with OP’s sentiment about passwords being stored on the software publisher’s server, hopefully he understands that they are stored in encrypted form.
